[ Issue ] Citibank Login Page Freezing

Description of the issue:
When you visit the login page of citibank.com.ph, it freezes for quite awhile.

Upon checking the Waterfall result. It seems to be caused by this blob content loading at the same time at the first few seconds of loading the website.

And loads a lot at the same time.

Once the blob successfully loads, the website seems back to function normally without freezing for that session. If you reload the webpage, it will freeze once again until blobs loads fully.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
Yes, it doesn’t freeze on Chrome or Firefox. Just Brave Browser.

If you add ||citibank.com.ph/tmx/js/sjhs0817.js into brave://adblock then refresh the page, does that help? @21312ZD

Does it cause any issues?

citibank.com = US version
citibank.com.ph = Philippines version

This fixes the freezing issue, and it seems I can log in just fine without any issue.
