Is there any way to recover my BAT Tokens if I want to reinstall Brave?

I don’t think there is, although hopefully someone else will confirm. Whenever I have reset or reinstalled I lost all my BAT, although thankfully in my case it wasn’t much.
Your best option is to verify with a custodial wallet (Uphold/Gemini). Your BAT will be transferred to it.
In Windows you could back up the profile folder. But this method does not give 100% guarantee that you will get a workable profile. See post below:
