Cannot restore my BAT

Hello,

I’m encoutering a serious issue right now and I don’t know what to do:

In 2019 I started using Brave on my main Windows machine which I had to restore today. Back then I was told to save my 24-word-phrase in order to restore by BAT Wallet.

I entered the 24-words and restored the wallet successfully today, but there are 0 BAT tokens in my wallet. I don’t understand how braves wallets work since I know that they are custodial, so which role does that private key I was supposed to save even play and how do I restore my BAT?

Sadly I didn’t sign up on Uphold because I was waiting for a Coinbase integration… I only have my old Sync key and the email I used to singed up on Brave/Brave Creators.

Is there any way to restore all the BAT?

What version of Brave are you on?

My Brave version is the latest (Version 1.24.86) and I’m on the latest version of Windows 10 with a fresh Brave installation before restoring the rewards wallet.
