Is there a way to execute some js from Brave every time a specific page/url loads?

I’d like to modify some DOM elements on a page, every time the page loads (when I visit a certain URL). I can do this manually each load by using the Inspect tool, but of course that’s tedious and I’d prefer to automate it (for example, by executing some justom javascript I tell it to). Does Brave have a way to do this?

It’s easy to block elements in the DOM by using Brave’s brave://adblock/Custom Filters section, but not possible modify them there, to my knowledge (or is it?).

Considered Tanpermonkey @rbit ?
