Is it possible to add bookmark-like shortcuts to your Browser Window, like in Chrome?

Those white circles underneath the search bar? I’m talking about those. They are quite nice looking and handy to get you where you want to go in a second. If they are already being worked on, is it known when the update is going to be finished? Thanks in advance.
