i downloaded the newest update from your web site and started to install it download ok and then it started to install but it would not install, i am using window 7 operating system.
@tofredo can you elaborate more? Did you get any error message or else? Screenshot of the issue will be really helpful.
I got this message “see attachment” right after the download it said starting to install than I got this message.

Below on the left I can see that “BraveSoftware Update” requires an administrator input… Do you have admin rights? If yes, then confirm that.
I tried to do a 32 bit setup and it download and installed okay but all i got was window with a white back groung. i need some help!~!!!
