Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.I have instagram notifications settings turned on on my brave but they dont work.
2.I have the same settings for notifications in chrome and it works fine there
Expected result:
Notifications for DMs etc
Brave Version( check About Brave):
[Version 1.14.22 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)]
I have tried other builds too and the issue is same.
go to settings -> additional settings --> Privacy and security --> Site and Shields Settings
–> Notifications
Sites can ask to send notifications enable
Use quieter messaging (blocks notification prompts from interrupting you) disable
after that
confirm the lock next to the site url has notification allowed
