Instagram not working despite new install

Description of the issue:
Instagram isn’t working for me. It didn’t work with the old install I had where I had several profiles, and it didn’t work with any of the profiles.
I’ve tested the few suggestions I found online ((dis)enabling shields and extensions) but nothing worked.
Instagram DID WORK in a new private window, but I wasn’t able to figure out why.

In drastic measure, I’ve uninstalled Brave and deleted all User data in AppData. Reinstalled the browser, but Instagram isn’t working. Instagram IS NOT working now in the new private window either, so it’s worse than before.

Any suggestions?

Could you disable or completely remove extensions and try?
Most likely, whenever a site works in a private window, it’s normally extensions.
Also, try clearing cookies by clicking the lock pad icon in the URL bar.
