Import settings, passwords, bookmarks, extensions, BAT from old Brave install

Description of the issue:
I’ve just installed a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and M.2 boot drive with a clean install of Windows. My old SATA drive with Windows and all programs, including my old Brave install, is still in the system and accessible. I’m trying to transfer all data from that old install to the new install, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I’ve tried copying all data from AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\ and AppData\Roaming\brave, but the new install doesn’t seem to recognize any of it.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Brave continues to act like a completely fresh install, recognizing none of the transferred data.

Expected result:
Essentially getting my old browser back with all settings, passwords, bookmarks, extensions, and BAT.

Reproduces how often:
Always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 Pro version 1909 18363.592
Brave Version 1.2.43 Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)
