I'm not receiving any BAT from Brave Browser to verified Uphold wallet since March

As the title says, I have not received any BAT since March even though I have used the browser for over a year. This applies for the Android application and for Windows 10. The BATs obtained remain saved in the browser and I have had to format my PC several times so I have lost many generated BATs.

I don’t use any kind of VPN and I am from Mexico

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
