Im getting logged out of Google Services

Everytime i close Brave my Google Accounts such as Email,Youtube… are getting logged out of

  • Open Brave

  • Login to Gmail

  • Close Brave

  • Open brave and seeing that im logged out of gmail but im still logged in other non Google services.

  • Version 1.73.91

  • Windows 10

  • No Extensions added

This happends every time.

Things i’ve tried

  • Clearing my Cache
  • Trying it out with a new profile (Same issue)
  • Reinstalling
  • Forget me when I close this site also off

Settings that im Currently running

  • Allowing all Third Party Cookies
  • Forget me when I close this site (Turned off)
  • History settings “on Exit” (Everything is turned off)

@Asayo let me just confirm, do you have anything set for On Exit?

No extensions or anything on this?

Also, can you share your Shields settings? Such as the two locations. One would be what you have at your site specific Shields settings for Gmail and the other is what you have in brave://settings/shields

Other questions:

  • Do you have anything like a CCleaner, Avast Cleaner, or anything on your device that tries to clear data on your device?
  • Does this only happen on Google or is it all sites you’re logged into?
  • Are you using a VPN or proxy?
  • To be clear, you aren’t using Brave in private window, right?

Finally someone with a real solution

I’ve tried all the other suggestions with no joy

It was driving me crazy

What was wild is that I never had to do a thing on the Android version of Brave to make Google/Youtube save my sign in
