Description of the issue:
I have been using and loving Brave on my Samsung tablet for years. I recently accidentally uninstalled it and I’m unable to reinstall. It states this tablet isn’t compatible with this app. I don’t understand how it was fine 5 minutes ago and now I can’t use it any longer. I have a very difficult time understanding all this technology and could really use some help. I don’t want to switch to another browser.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Not sure what this means, but each time I click install it states this tablet isn’t compatible with this app. That is as far as I can get.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
I don’t think this is required as it is self-explanatory.
Expected result:
Unable to download Brave onto my tablet.
Reproduces how often:
Every single time I try to download Brave.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave
page in the main menu):
I am not too sure what all this is but will include the information I think you may need to help. I have a ton of space available on my tablet. I do not use this for much.
Additional Information:
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab E, model number SM- T560NU. Under software information it states it is Android version 7. 1.1 Samsung version 8.5
Please let me know if you need any further information, I just don’t know what else to provide. Any help is really appreciated.
I should also mention that if someone provides a response to my question I am not too sure how to find that. If I do not reply to your answer here it is because I am unaware you responded. I created a sign in with Brave and hope that will help me locate any responses I receive. I can also be emailed at [email protected]
