I think my Brave Rewards is stuck? Or am I flagged?

Briefly describe your issue:
Hi, I think my brave Rewards is bugued because Brave Rewards say my income is 1,266 BAT since 3 months ( I receive more on uphold ). I still receive payments on uphold but on Brave the estimated income do not move. Brave rewards said I receive 213 ads this months but I never seen one, the next payment date is * 7 February * it’s look frozen. I already checked if my notification was on and if the focus assist was on too . Sorry for my bad English.

Yes.

EDIT: I tried to reset my Brave wallet and it didnt work, I tried to delete and install Brave again too.

You should send a direct message (DM) to the moderators, include a link to your post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
