I still haven't received my rewards for July (Uphold)

I still haven’t received my rewards for July… I wrote to support, but no one responded, and it’s been over a week. I usually received my rewards at the beginning of the month

If so, you’ve done the right thing. Sometimes, it takes time. They aim to reply within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays), but it can take longer.

If you have a support ticket, sharing the ticket number might help. Beyond that, it may just require some patience and keeping an eye on your email for updates.

The longest it has ever taken for me to get a deposit from Brave was the 17th of the month (this past April). I had not submitted a ticket or brought it up here. I also haven’t received anything this month via Uphold.

I haven’t received mine either. Last time this happened I didn’t get my rewards and I didn’t get a response back from my support request. I wish you luck but I don’t think it will do anything… but I hope it does.

@Feistygoat when did you create a support ticket? And what’s your ticket number?

If you did ticket just recently, keep in mind it takes time. They are active on American business days, so not available on weekends or holidays. Often can take 3-5 business days or more to see tickets, investigate, and respond.

I never created a ticket. The last few times this happened I never received my payout or a response so I didn’t create a ticket this time. I figured Brave doesn’t care.

Then not able to be helped. If you want to create one then they can look into things and try to help.

@Feistygoat I’m sure @Evan123 or someone from Brave will look into your ticket and reply via the email you provided.

It’s possible that the reason for not receiving payments is that your account may have been flagged (suspended), though I can’t say for sure. If that’s the case, they’ll review it and let you know if the account will be reinstated. At the very least, they’ll provide an answer about whether you’ll be able to receive payments in the future.
