Brave reward stays on "Payout in progress"

My brave reward still in progress since last week. I did not received payment in my uphold account. Please check this issue.


@sasuke262 Sorry your topic got missed for the past 5 days! If you’re still having an issue, we’ll have to ask you to create a Rewards Support Ticket so someone from Brave can investigate this for you.

Once you create a support ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. Hang onto that in case you need to reference it later. Also be advised all follow-up communication will occur via email. So keep an eye out on your inbox and your spam/junk folders.


Staff tends to try to respond within 3-5 business days. However, with us being near the holidays, there may be delays. Please try to be patient and understanding. They will get to you ASAP. Just make sure to provide as much information as you can in your support ticket.
