As the title says where is the opposition new tab to put an Icon to access samples Favorite pages or Bookmarks that when touching the list of the same that they think is shown?

You desperately need to formulate a better way to articulate your question.
Are you saying that you propose that the Brave browser should use an icon to indicate when users are on a webpage that has been previously marked as a “favorite/bookmark”?
No, he wants that icon to be there so that he can access this Favourites/Bookmarks easily…
Instead of going into the menu and all…
