Can you please, in as much detail as possible, describe what you need help with? We have a template you can use to fill out and explain your issue that you can use:
You and your company need to understand that not everyone is savy with this type of customer service. You need to have live support. If no one contacts me, directly, I will cancel my subscription and write as many bad reviews as I possibly can. It is patently absurd to run a business in this manner.

You are talking to a live person right now. Further, that template is put in place so that users who are not “tech savvy” can still provide as much information as possible. Each part of that template is made to be copy/pasted directly into the editor, and filled out with your information.

Asking someone who is not versed in online tech, you’re asking me to use online tech. This is redundant, to say the least.
When you fill out the form, you will receive responses in your email — nothing fancy about it. Is there something on the form you’re unclear about?
Yes, everything “unclear” about your entire approach to customer service. I followed the instructions, as best I could, and I am unable to add my phone as a device for my VPN subscription. Answer me directly, why do you not have a customer service phone number?
