Brave Talk Recording not there

Hi! I recorded the meeting yesterday (but less than 24h ago) and I get notification that my recording is not yet ready. Usually trying few times worked but this time is not… Since it will be deleted soon, I don’t know how to access I hope to find support here! Thank you!

The message is: “No recordings are available at this address” even though there is recording visible on my dashboard.

For me it takes 5 minutes for the recording to become available for download, I figure it has to do with compressing or encoding the video before it can be downloaded…

@SaltyBanana Well, later there was no problem however I lost one video unfortunately :frowning:
Now I can’t get back into Premium because of some card issues…
