Brave browser down

i cant get brave to work,i uninstalled it and then tried to renstall it ,i cant install keeps saying theres no update

@rags712 you on an old OS like Windows 7?

yep, i like it better than 10 ,10 is kinda crappy,is that why it wont load

Yeah, you can’t get from the normal download page because Windows 7 isn’t supported anymore. You’d have to download from the Github, link for that should be below:

so i tried brave browser exe and windows exe and im still getting no update message

@rags712 did you try like BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe?

I’m wanting to say that’s the one people mentioned to use. It will be one of the three depending on your OS:

  1. BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe for win 64
  2. BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup32.exe for win 32
  3. BraveBrowserStandaloneSetupArm64.exe for win using arm 64

ill try them thanks ,but im looking at probably moving from brave if it dont work,like it alot ,but really irritated at this issue ,thanks for your help
