I got a support ticket, but I still can't link Brave to my Gemini account. Please help me

I was flagged so I created a support ticket and got a response back. It said that Brave had reviewed my case and that I should expect to have my issue resolved. As of now, nothing has changed and I’m still flagged. My support ticket was number 207910. Could anybody please help me? My last payout was in May 01, 2023 according to my Gemini account.

I’m able to connect with Gemini now. My question is will I still get the missing payments from June and July or is that not possible? My last payout was in May 01, 2023 according to my Gemini account. As of right now it says “Congrats! Your July rewards have arrived!” However, I have yet to receive anything. Please reply. Thank you for your time.

I do not know what Brave changed but it seems that all sorts of long time users accounts are getting flagged. The fun part is they are still showing us the ads and they are still getting paid for those ads but now they are not sharing those rewards with us, which is the whole point in this whole ecosystem they created.

Yeah. It is kind of odd. This is actually the second time I’ve been wrongly flagged.:man_shrugging: I’ve also just read the email I received from my support ticket. According to the Brave team, I will not receive any of my previous earnings because my account was flagged (even though I was wrongly flagged). :disappointed:

You should receive in August payout, if not then most certainly will be bundled in the payout in September.

Same here. They fixed my profile, but I never received June and July payments.
