I get logged out of google after closing brave

@Mattches actually see OP had an issue open before and it was resolved, but then they said it returned when they reinstalled or whatever. Brave keeps logging me out of google - #7 by animes

It looks like they followed same prompt as 289wk often gives, which shouldn’t ever need anyone to do.

But have seen people claim it gets resolved such as in quotes below. These steps shouldn’t need to be done, if it truly is enough for it to retain…I don’t think.

OK, so the first thing I’ll try is in Settings > Privacy and security > Site and shield settings > View permissions and data stored across sites, for each of the Google sites, set Google sign-in to Allow

I wanted to confirm it over a handful of shutdown-startup cycles, but it seems that the View permissions and data stored across sites setting is what was causing the problem. Thanks for your help
