Hi there, I downloaded the Brave browser a few weeks ago and had started accumulating BAT tokens. I was up to 4 or 5 in March, but when April hit, my tokens disappeared. I just now created my account with uphold thinking that maybe that would cause them to show back up, but I don’t see anything? How do I get my BAT’s back and do you need to make sure you claim them before the end of the month?

sometime that happen and they show up when it payment start ofcourse as paid bat
also it require 25 bat for device to make the first sync with uphold
so you can wait till the payment finish and if it did not show the claim button then you can report it and one of the team would help you

I didn’t receive any rewards in March too. I get the notifications and I open the ads e see them but in the end of the month, no rewards were given.

So in general, if your wallet is verified, you will not see a claim button – funds will automatically be deposited into your verified Uphold account without the need to claim anything. If you do not have a verified wallet, then you will see a claim button.
If this is the case, then you should see the claim appear soon – Ads payments are currently still processing and there’s a good chance your wallet simply hasn’t yet been processed. However, since you then went and verified, I’m not actually sure whether or not you will see the claim button for this month or if the funds will be transferred into your Uphold account automatically.
Can you send me a DM with your wallet payment ID found on your brave://rewards-internals page so I can take a look on my end?
