Missing BAT tokens from march

Briefly describe your issue:
Im using brave browser since February, in March i got my BAT tokens from that month(February), but now im missing the BAT tokens from March.
I had the notification to claim the tokens from March, but something wrong happened…i had some error message when tried to claim the reward…and now i don’t have the option to claim, neither the tokens from March.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Version 1.37.113 Chromium: 100.0.4896.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
I can acess my wallet, but it is still unverified.

What date did you verify your wallet?
My wallet is unverified for now. Since i don’t have a significant amount of tokens, i hadn’t worry about verifying it.

Yes, Portugal

The rewards payouts had a bug and are still processing. People started receiving rewards today. Please be patient.

I’ve got the same bug. I’m getting the same message every time, ‘Hmm… Not Quite. Try Again.’

I don’t doubt Brave will try to pay out.

But the quantity of bugs is worrying. If their processes and hotfixes are failing one after another, who’s to say:

  • Are they reliably tracking who has been paid and who’s not been paid, especially when now we have multiple payout cycles in such a short span of time?
  • Are they accurately tracking how much each user is owed, and how much is already paid out?

The risk of slipping through the cracks (tracked as paid out when it hasn’t), or having an accounting error (wrong payout amount) is real.

So you’re a glass half empty person, thats okay. Look, if after rewards have all processed, if you havent received yours, put in a support ticket. They can get all your info from your wallet id. and get you the correct amount. But until then, you have no way of telling what may or may not happen. Glitches occur, and mistakes are made, but from everything ive seen in the last year, Brave makes it right. But lets at least wait until payments are processed. It seems only fair.

I get what you’re saying.

Disclaimer: I apologise for the digression below that I’m about to make. It’s not on-topic but I just need to rant.

But in the past 2 years I’ve been using Brave, there’s always been issues that I’ve either encountered personally, or with others. One particular issue that has never been resolved is, my transaction statement is always empty. So who do I trust, to tell me how much BAT I have received, or am due to receive? Brave. And only Brave.

Brave doesn’t always make it right. Brave isn’t glitch free. Brave doesn’t show, or doesn’t have, the full transaction details.

This latest issue is just yet another chapter in Brave’s book of hurdles you have to overcome. It’s just frustrating and annoying.

I have been using Brave for almost a year now and this is THE VERY FIRST slip up I have had with getting my rewards on time. There are going to be bumps in the road, that is just something you have to accept with a young project like this. While our rewards may have been late, if you continued to use the browser you were being protected from ads and malicious sites. And if you have not gotten your rewards yet, BE PATIENT
