Yes, I am unable to download the brave browser on my desktop. Both beta and nightly version.It show error in installer . I am using windows 7 professional operating system (64 bit) i3 processor. Dont know the reason why its showing an error!! @clifton @Mattches @steeven @brendan

The same thing happens to me, I don’t know what to do.
Only some files have been download
ed but the installer does not appear
Hard to be sure, but you could be having this problem with the installer. There’s a workaround there that you can try, if you haven’t already.
I mention this because tons of people have come here over the last few weeks reporting certificate issues in Brave (also affects Chrome); and in almost every case it’s from users with outdated/unmaintained operating systems, such as ancient versions of Windows or macOS.
An OS is an OS new or old …every other “new” softwares get installed on my windows 8.1 ad win 7 laptops but not brave…Strange! I will check today if its still happening…It got fixed several days back
Not totally correct, as if you have an old and out-of-support OS (e.g., Win7, old versions of macOS or iOS, etc.) it may not be getting updates upon which more modern apps depend. Perfect example of this is SSL certificates, we had a ton of posts on this board in the last few weeks that could be traced back to exactly that issue.

i checked the installations currently…its working.

This is a rare chromium thing, i wasnt able to install chrome for 2 years cuz of that, its fixed now
