I cannot move the video to the top and when I do, it always goes to the bottom

Description of the issue:
When I watch YouTube,
I cannot move the video to the top and when I do, it always goes to the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
1.Go to YouTube.
2.Add some video queue.
3.Move some video to the top.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
It doesn’t move to top, it goes bottom.

Expected result:
It moves to the top.

Reproduces how often:
Always

You have to add some video queue more than 12.(In my pc. You might have to add more than 13~ videos…)

If you move that video-thumbnail up a little and then left a little, and then up to just below the top video-thumbnail, and release the mouse button, will the video-thumbnail settle in that #2 location?

And then, move the top video-thumbnail, down - and place it in the #2 location, thus allowing the video-thumbnail of your interest, to take #1 location, the top spot.
