Description of the issue: When I watch YouTube, I cannot move the video to the top and when I do, it always goes to the bottom. Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. 1.Go to YouTube. 2.Add some video queue. 3.Move some video to the top.
