On October 12, 2024, I initiated a 7-day trial of Brave VPN with an annual plan costing INR 6,500. I used the service until October 18, 2024, and canceled it at 8:00 AM. Despite this cancellation, on October 19, INR 6,500 was debited from my card, and the Brave VPN subscription did not reactivate. The charge went through without any record of the payment in Google Play, making it impossible for me to directly report the issue via Google Play’s platform. I would like my money refunded as this amount is important to me.
@devesh1011 create a Premium Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831 so someone from Brave can try to take a look. If this was done via Google Play as you are indicating, then it likely needs to be handled through support there. But at least someone from Brave and/or Guardian can try to take a look to see if they can verify any of it and provide assistance.
