I would like to request for a refund for the yearly subscription of VPN. I personally do not intend to use this service. My young nephew who borrowed my mobile must have accidentaly turned it on for he like to explore tech stuff/settings. I cannot afford to use this service right now despite of how good it is, since I am currently struggling financially. The purchase was made on March 24, same day I read it on my email, it was monday in my country. I failed to see the email regarding the free trial expiration which was sent March 23, sunday, for I made it a virtue to fully rest and not work on sundays. I tried to contact google play but they just advised me to contact developer instead. I am really praying that you would help me ragarding this. Thank you
If you did do the support ticket via Brave, then they’ll get to you as they can.
If you didn’t do that support ticket, please be sure to do so as it’s the only way they will be able to help. And if it was bought through Google Play, there will be no invoice number so you leave that blank on the form. (if you need to do that yet)

Yes, I did the premium support ticket on the link you provided. It was also sent on my email after I submitted the request. So I just have to wait for brave team to review it for now and hope for the best. Thank you for clarifying
@brookleaser Unfortunately, all purchases made via the Apple App Store are managed in-house. Only Apple can view account data, subscriptions, or authorize refunds. That said, if you can contact by phoning in and asking to speak to their Accounts & Billing department, you’re far more likely to get a refund approved by one of their billing specialists versus the online tool.
