I hope I posted in the correct category, please forgive me if this is not the case.
I’ve been using Brave for 3-4 years, and I’ve always noticed that it takes up RAM. Most of the Ram is taken by “Brave Browser Helper Renderer”
However, over the last 6 months or so it has become insane.
I am attaching 2 screenshots: one of my activity monitor, another of an excel file that I used to calculate the total RAM used, it’s absurd.
In total Brave takes me 7.3 GB of RAM.
Does anyone have the same problem, or know if this is normal? I’m starting to worry,
I use a MacbookPro M2, I have a few extensions installed, but they are the same ones I’ve always had (various crypto wallet, one tab, and bitwarden, that’s it).
