"https" TOGGLES OFF opening website; "webbrowsertools.com"

Hello everybody! i’m a frequent visitor of “webbrowsertools.com/ip-address” , for ip queries. It was ok up to ~2 months ago. Then i faced the issue loading it, with a new page openned by Brave, which makes more confusion on the issue, the cause and solution. Accidentally i found that the “https” is TOGGLED OFF!! and when openned other website, Not such issue. By Enabling the “https” again , the website continues to Normal working, Because it Achieved its goal just at 1st. Breakage, and no more needs to that breakage! It seems the Brave’s ASSISTANCE with the persistance of the issue after 2 months. Even Brave doesn’t open an straight & easy solution on the issue. Otherwise Brave could Block such “Dangerous” or “Intrusive” websites!
By the end of this Lengthy Note, Up to now (as a privacy fan) i’ve been trusted Brave, and would express my Regards and Thanks for this Great App. Hope to solve the issue so soon!

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): <yes, the https switch>

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? <Not Checked, but is ok with other Chromium base browsers like “VIVALDI” , also ok on Firefox>

Brave version (check About Brave): <v1.10.95 Mobile>

Not quite sure what issue is being outlined, but the site has native https here, enabling or disabling https should have no affect. Tested with http://webbrowsertools.com/ and the site redirected to the https version.

I would probably start clearing the cache and cookies, and also test in private window mode.

Dear Ryan (Support), i’ve done your suggestions (Cleared Cookie, Cache, etc) again, (although had done before), but No Success. When I enter the site’s address, 1st my https shield toggles off, then Brave opens another page to reload, and redirect link to Brave Community. But no success, the Issue persists! (Cookies are Blocked Globally, But there are Exceptions, Including “webbrowsertools.com/ip-address” . Thanks for reply.

Is it specific to that page or other pages? Does it occur in other browsers? I know if my keyboard is playing up it’ll open every link into a new window/tab

The issue occurs on all pages, including homepage. Not such problem with other Browsers (checked on Firefox, Vivaldi, Monocles, etc. (Reminding again i’ve checked all process after clearing Brave Cache, cleared Bookmark & Site Storage, Cookie & Js is Enabled for it, but Not for Global Config, then Retried, But No Success).
