How to turn off the AI summary

I have seen a number of posts about this but none of them seem to work. In fact, they all seem to call for steps and options that are not there on my app version. It is up date but some of the things just aren’t there. So, I’m stuck with this thing that takes freezes the screen for upwards of 15 to 20 seconds at times. This really needs an opt in/out button front and center, but this seems to beyond the capacity.
