I have disabled every single setting related to Leo, LLMs, and AI. Every time I go to https://search.brave.com/ and type in a query the dropdown is still polluted with an Answer with AI block.
This happens with a new install of Brave: Version 1.75.180 Chromium: 133.0.6943.126 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I just re-downloaded Brave to give the search and browser another shot but the AI junk everywhere is a huge turnoff. If I could easily disable it the issue would be manageable, but it seems that’s not possible at the moment. Hopefully this can be fixed quickly.
@NoSlop go to brave://settings/shields/filters and then add search.brave.com##.svelte-sufnsi.llm.t-secondary.desktop-large-regular.suggestion as a rule and save.
And to remove the one on the right hand side, add: search.brave.com###submit-llm-button
So essentially would be the two below, at which point the buttons will be gone…at least until Brave is stupid and changes things to make them appear again.
