I would like to know how to see what trackers and ads are blocked, or what website those trackers and ads originated from. I am talking about the Brave stats on the homepage. Is this possible to see?

You can’t right now, but, this function is available on iOS and Android so it might come to other systems in the future

On android there is Privacy Report, on iOS there is https://brave.com/1.38-release-ios/, there is nothing of such sort on desktop version.
You can check the shields icon, on PC version it shows exactly what scripts were blocked on particular site.
