Last night, Windows was updated when I was sleeping and closed my incognito session in which I had about 50 tabs open. Is there a way to recover the history of those tabs?

As much I know incognito tabs can’t be restored.
I think that the browser should leave some files saved on the computer, that is what other browsers usually do, but I don’t know if they keep any trace of the incognito sessions. I found several files containing hexadecimal information but none of them match the URLs I visited in incognito
