How to install extension not available in Chrome store?

I have Chrome extension that I will not publish on Chrome store, because of possible ban. It’s not malware, it’s useful for users, but it acts beneficial to the user and no to Google.

How can I install it on Brave browser? Is there any web store for that? Are there instructions on alternative distribution channels?

Also, will it be ok to install extension without Chrome store certificate? Will Brave allow that?

Go to brave://extensions and activate the top-right toggle switch image
After this step, you should see these buttons image

I have no idea how to install a packed extension, though.
