I really enjoy being able to access my chrome extensions for utilities like Lass Pass and Color Pickers.

Yes, the new Brave (0.56.x and higher) is able to install extension from Chrome Web Store. More https://brave.com/new-brave-browser-release-available-for-general-download/

Every time I try to install an extension or app from the Chrome Web Store, it pops up with a message saying “An error has occurred, NETWORK_FAILED”. I have tried restarting my computer and Chrome and it still does the same. And it is not an internet problem either, my internet works fine. I left an attachment of a screen shot of what shows up when I try to download something. Anybody know how to fix this kissanime?

Yes, there’s a plan for Brave Extension Store. Installing from CWS is just another way to install it.

Just having one feed back:
after installing one extension, the link to web store is gone. Maybe keep the link to the CWS on bottom left?
