The problem for me is that im trying to record a video and it asks this question whenever i open any link and its non stop…like im telling it i dont need microphone as i dont use it… but it ignores the input and keeps asking the same question over and over… clicking yes proceed only hides the message temporarily for that current page but if i open any links during the recording it keeps showing the popup and asking permission for microphone… how shall i block it ? blocking the popup wont interrupt the recording which is going on the background so i would be happy if i just block this popup…
Eventually DIY worked, i fixed the issue by myself
Changing this setting in this way stopped the annoyance altogether
Now i only need to double click the extension icon to activate it, other than everything else is same and the popup is blocked as i have removed the ability to run and execute scripts on other websites automatically which it was previously doing…
