I’m trying to use the Loom video recorder plugin and it’s not fully working.
It seems to record audio and my browser screen but not my webcam video (that just shows up as white/blank).
I’ve adjusted the settings to allow the plugin camera access and autoplay access, but it still doesn’t work.
When I try to record on a website, I get an “autoplay blocked” notice in the address bar - even when the website doesn’t have an autoplay element itself.
So I think this is part of the issue.
I’ve tried adding the website (both loom.com as well as any website I’m trying to record on) to the approved autoplay list, but still no luck.

How can this issue be reproduced?
- Install the plugin, login to a Loom account
- Allow Loom website and plugin camera, microphone, autoplay access
- Try to record a video with your webcam
Expected result: Web cam video stream is recorded
