I have some BATs and it isn’t enought for creating a uphold account, but I don’t want to lose all my BATs after formating my computer. Is there any way to keep my BATs after formating my computer?
If you’re on a desktop, you can create an Uphold account separately from Brave, and then you can link your Brave Rewards to that Uphold account–no minimum required. The drawback is that you use up a device allotment for your Uphold account that you cannot recover.
Another alternative is to donate that BAT to your favorite content creator(s) before you do the formatting.

Yeah, as @rosiecar said, you can get a verified wallet.
Just download the App on your phone since its easier to get it verified on your phone… Then submit all the required documents to them and it will get verified. [Takes a few days sometimes].
Then you can just connect it to your browser.
