I know people wanted to hide the downloads bar, but I loved it… and hate the downloads button… how do I get the downloads bar back? (not just in the private browser but always)

Thank you, @Emi!!! I just noticed this new downloads pop-up window for the first time and hated it, so I’m glad there’s still a flag to disable it… for now, anyway
