How do I block YouTube ads on Brave iOS? Even windows 11 no longer works

How come YouTube ads no longer get blocked with brave browser on iOS and windows 11? Shield on, no other add-ons, no vpn, all up to date.

Go to Settings > Shields & Privacy > Content Filtering > Update Lists button
