Horizontal scroll doesn't work on Google sheets Mac with Magic Mouse

Description of the issue: Horizontal scroll doesn’t work unless hardware acceleration is off.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to a google sheets document
  2. Scroll with the magic mouse (other similar mice also seem to fail)
  3. Despair

Expected result: Horizontal scrolling available as usual.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.29.79

Additional Information: Hardware acceleration off seems to “fix it”, but it also makes business utilization a bit of a nuissance. Trackpad does work. I have a Stop Slide scrolling extension but it remained inactive.
