Home and End keys not working for scrolling up and down a website

Description of the issue: Home and End keys don’t scroll up and down page, despite Brave’s keyboard shortcuts page stating that they do.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Go to any website that is long enough to show a scroll bar on the right and try using Home and End keys.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Nothing

Expected result: Scrolling

Reproduces how often: Always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 |
Version 1.19.88 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I’m having the same problem. It seems to show up most on tabs, but even the first page will have the problem. I’m testing on different sites… nothing of a pattern, just most of the time it does not work.

All other browsers work fine.
