History sync stuck on "Configuring data types" on my new device

Description of the issue:

I’m trying to set up sync on my new phone. If I select every sync option except history, syncing works correctly. If I add history to the mix, syncing stops working. Judging by a cursory look at the brave://sync-internals page, it seems to be stuck on “Configuring data types” step. On my other devices I have history sync enabled, and syncing works correctly.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Fresh brave install
  2. Add the browser to a sync chain
  3. Either:
    a) Enable syncing of everything except history
    b) Enable syncing of everything
  4. Then:
    a) Syncing works correctly. “Transport State Active”
    b) Nothing gets synced. “Transport State Configuring data types”. After some time it says “Download Step Result: Network error (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)”

Reproduces how often:

Always

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

1.75.181 (Android)

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
Android, Windows, Linux

Additional Information:
Here are some dumps from the sync-internal page, I hope they will be useful: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/105-tbcc_WAguzlFfiv7IFy62MI9HmKJW?usp=drive_link

I have the same problem (PC Fedora). I tried new installations from dnf (fedora) and flatpak on different PC and different networks (home and work). All of them are stuck in “Configuring data types”. But the browsers that I synced before (may be a couple days ago) works.

For what it’s worth, mine eventually started working, but I had to wait a few days for it to get unstuck
