High consumption of Brave when I do not use the laptop

Hello

I have noticed that when I don’t use the laptop for about 5-10 minutes, the laptop fan starts to spin faster, in this way I find out that some program or process is making a lot of use of resources. I immediately open the task manager and I always see the Brave consuming values similar to these …

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

yes, I have 4 extensions

Can you try uninstalling them and see if you get the same performance issues?

After I disable hardware acceleration the ‘problem’ no longer occurs
