I Have two comps(wins 10) with Brave installed,no problem but the third (XP) I can’t get to install, I get an error message 0xc0000139, any one any ideas please

Is it safe to assume your XP machine is running Windows 7?
Ok, this is my first post as well, and I’m having a similar install problem. I’m using windows 7, 32-bit. The update gives me the error message…0x80070002. I really love this browser, please help

This is Geoffm, I have three m/c’s 2 x win 10 + 1 x win XP, it’s the XP pro that is a problem (I don’t have win 7) during install it downloads and starts to install then stops and I get a small box with the error code 0xc0000139 and it won’t go any further.
I’ve read that Brave won’t work with XP pro is this known.

Unfortunately Brave is not compatible with Windows XP Operating Systems.

Sorry I can’t. I got so frustrated with brave I just uninstalled it completely
If you’d like to try again, let me know and I can help walk you through the install process and troubleshoot the error should it appear again.
