You can test this by visiting https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html and forcing a push notification to appear.
Yes I get notifications for other services and the test site works.
Are you in a supported region (if so, which one)?
Check https://brave.com/transparency and confirm that you are in an applicable region

Give us a brief description of the ads behavior you’re seeing
After an update on March 11th I have not received any push ads at all. When I open a new tab I will see the sponsored images but they will not increment my pending BAT.
- I have created a new profile to test which also does not work.
- I am not on a VPN.
- I have uninstalled and cleared the data in my [USER] appdata folder.
What OS/Brave version are you using?
