Haven't received BAT tokens for almost a year. Also need assistance removing a flag from my account

I haven’t received BAT tokens since April last year. Looked further and found out that my account has been flagged. I sue the Brave browser for research so I have multiple tabs open at the same time.

Need help having this removed.
