My rewards have been flagged for more than a month

I signed up for Brave rewards since a while ago, but for a while now I cannot connect wallets or earn any BAT. It appears as if my account has been flagged.
The browser tells me it should return to normal automatically, however it’s been more than a month and no results. I was wondering If there’s anything I can do to cooperate with this process.
Please help
