Description of the issue:
When watching streaming video I began to notice a flicker/flash that happens in a split second and randomly during playback.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open browser, play an online video
- open another website, play a different video
Expected result:
I’d expect seamless playback as previously as this problem seems to have just begun

Version 1.24.85 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
When I turn off “Use hardware acceleration when available” it seems to stop. I have a Predator Helios 300 i7 Nvidia RTX 2060 with latest driver (Nvidia version 466.27) along with an Intel integrated graphics card (UHD Driver 27.20.100.8280) Windows 10 Version 20H2 Build 19042
